I am looking for a capable programmer who can configure a php script to connect to a RETS server and download and update data in a database for a wordpress real estate plugin. I have the plugin and the website set up. The script would need to: -download all properties on the server to start, and download new properties every 15 minutes. -update any changes to existing properties -delete properties from the database that are no longer on the server. -once per week, delete all the properties and download all the data fresh, while keeping the URL's consistent for the properties that are still available. This should be a fairly quick and easy job for a capable programmer, and I am looking for a very sharp offer. Please include the term "orange dog" in your bid.

We are a local real estate investment company who buys and sells residential real estate. We are also real estate agents who work with large hedge funds to acquire 80 properties a month, both on market and off-market. We utilize the MLS to local properties on market for the hedge funds and out personal investments. We have access to MLS RETS and need someone to build an algorithm to locate potential deals for both flip and rentals based on caprate and IRR. These deals will either be sent to our back office system or emailed directly to us. The ability to generate a purchase and sell agreement based on a fillable PDF form would also be helpful but not a priority in the main project.
