On-site troubleshooting will be performed to identify the root cause of VoIP handset/desktop PC connectivity issues. Any identified faults will be resolved given available time, access, and resources. Expecting to spend one day on site (arrival 10:00 - 11:00) during which messy network cabling will also be tidied up and re-terminated if necessary. Awaiting confirmation of date.
