We want to configure the Vtiger tool for ticketing tool and CRM on open source model
I need a freelancer to configure a vTiger CRM and Ticket tool for my business. No custom workflow needs to be setup and no existing integrations or APIs will be used. I do need the customer info to be pre-populated. The successful freelancer needs to have experience with vTiger CRM and Ticket Tool configuration, as well as data pre-population.
My vTiger installation doesn't seem to match the help guides. I.e. the help guide says to change a label you go to Settings, Module Manager, Labels Editor - but this Editor is not visible. There are various other issues, the notifications in workflow aren't working correctly, the company logo is not appearing, the webform layout needs to be changed etc, etc.
Hi Cuong N., I think you solved this issue on another of my clients vtiger systems, but here we go again. Vtiger 7.1 with PDFMaker professional installed. Client is trying to export this quote But the PDF file is missing some of the product images. In the PDF File the images are replaced by a red X. It looks like the filepath is wrong, however it's correct. Would you look into this issue?

osCommerce 503 error issue on GoDaddy. Our osCommerce has been working for many years, but suddenly our customers can't connect to USPS shipping and PayPal Express payment. The error message says, "503 Service Unavailable error was encountered". We contacted GoDaddy, but they couldn't find any issue.
