We are looking for architects to help produce build plans with elevation views, material callouts, section/cut views for connection details. Please see attached files for an example/previous build plans.
I'm looking for someone to work with me on a school project, building an 40-story high performance building using Revit. This is a professional level project but I do not require any detailed technical elements. I am looking for someone with a good understanding of Revit and a traditional design aesthetic for this project. The end product should have an overall traditional design look and feel. I'm looking for someone who is experienced using Revit, is detail-oriented and who also understands how to create and use traditional designs. If you have experience in this area and think you can help me on this project, please reach out to me. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Attached is the site plan for a proposed clubhouse. Create a clubhouse design to fit into Lot 13 (see attached) using Revit 2021. Only a plan view and elevations are required. The design must be as follows: 1 -The entrance must have a Lobby/ foyer 2 – Male and female bathrooms on either side with showers 3 – A Kitchen / refreshment area 4 – A Physio / exercise room/ club room / indoor sports in one 5 – A Meeting room 6 – Playground, sporting & weights equipment room 7 - Create an area for basketball, lawn tennis & a volleyball court. The site is steep, so we need an area selected for rock climbing in the section marked STEEP
