Hello I am wanting to redesign the bath space seen in this picture from one large bath to two serviceable baths. I am fine eating into the bedrooms (closets) to add space, if you can creatively figure how to do a stack washer and dryer that would be a bonus, maybe in the existing linen closet that is a bonus. if you can figure out how to have two access points to the second bedroom and house that gives us a nice community bath, so pocket doors are fine. I'd like the master bath to have as big of a walk in shower as possible and I think having the toilets and showers back to back is a good idea? Master bath should be bigger than the second/community bath. double vanity in master would be great but not necessary. need a drawing only with measurements for both bedrooms after the red...

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create 2D floor plans for our residential aged care sites. To begin with we are seeking the completion of 2 floor plans. We have 11 additional sites that we will seek to obtain floor plans for once we have identified a suitable designer (ie 13 sites in total). We can provide scaled engineering diagrams and aerial photos of our sites to assist with design. The level of detail required is a basic layout. We want to provide a simple easy-to-read site map to our residents and family members to assist with orientation to the site (similar to the maps used in hospitals, caravan parks etc) Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in 2D floor plan design including adherence to style guide requirements, development of easy-to-interpret legends, etc....
