The tool needs to be compatible with both force plate and IMU data, and must be programmed using the Python language. Additionally, I require the tool to employ time-frequency analysis technique for the feature extraction process. The developer chosen for this project must be knowledgeable in the CoP domain and have the required technical skills to develop the CoP Feature Extraction Tool as specified.
