Hi I need someone with Airbnb experience to work on getting our reviews higher. We have onsite cohosts living in most of our airbnb properties and then we rent the other bedrooms in the properties to airbnb guests. Certain properties have been getting low reviews. When a guest leaves a review it is based off of their experience with the host. Even if they had a horrible stay they are not going to leave a bad review for someone that treated them great.
-Call all guests before checkin to establish a relationship
-Text them during their stay to continue the relationship
-Call them after the stay and ask them to give u a review
-Update pricing daily based on occupancy(lower if empty, raise if almost full) 2pm daily 7days per week
-call me everyday after the price change
Cohosting is a job that is done every waking hour. You will need to respond to guests all day every day, but its short and quick. Base your price off of a weekly pay.
