Hello, im looking for a programmer to develop for me a tool for the program mapinfo pro 17.0. I need the program to take my excel data of points of a map (it will have adresses and coordinates) and then make a selection of those points based on the shortest linear distance. Its to plan routes for people that will be walking the streets of my city (but the app should work for any city based on coordinates lat-long).
I have 5 sales person in charge and i want to give them each a set of points to visit walking (i dont need the exact route, just the closest points taken together) and then another set of points for the next sales person (of course the points should not be the same as the ones for the first one).
The app developed should let me choose the amount of sales person, the total of points to distribute among them (5,10,15,20 points per sales person) and then the list of routes should be exportable to an excel file and able to be mapped in mapinfo.
