help me to install correct bootloader on custom arduino MEGA2560 BOARD and get code uploaded

i manufactured new PCB based on arduino MEGA2560 design and get my board , now i upload boot loader on it but i can't get code to be uploaded , i always get time out error

it is small job for some expert person in Arduino
