Full-time U.S.A. based touring artist seeks new agent to

book and maintain work schedule that is profitable AND manageable to both artist & agent.

This will involve handling various day-to-day business tasks, such as:

-Concert Bookings (by phone & email)

-Lead Generation

-Contact Database Management (Excel)

-Paperwork (invoices, contracts, etc forms)

-Record Label Shopping

-Brand Endorsements

-Booking Side Work (Studio Sessions, Musician-For-Hire Fill-in Gigs, Guitar Lessons, Modeling Work...)

-Travel Arrangements (hotels, AirBnb's, flights, rental cars…)

-Event Calendar Maintainance (Google Calendar, etc)

-Online Research (finding new venues, etc)

Hours:

Expect to work about 10 hours per week for starters (could vary from 10 - 30

hours a week over time, depending on task at hand). You will be making calls to U.S.A. phone numbers (between 8a - 5p Mon-Fri EST, unless otherwise instructed), and are required to take care of your own phone/dialer. Reliability is of utmost importance; if you aren't able to consistently commit 15 hours per week (and a bit more on occasion), then please do NOT apply.

Qualities I'm looking for:

-fast-learner

-exceptional written English, & email etiquette (grammar, spelling, punctuation, tact)

-"go-getter," always motivated to close a 'sale' (booking) & haggle for the best deal

-impeccable *attention to detail* & instructions (documents, schedules, records...)

-superb organizational skills

-great spoken English, accent & telephone etiquette

-ability to improvise and sort out unexpected issues that arise
