I will have the wording, and they are organized well, all you need to do is make it look fabulous.
Also, I use front page. graphics can be a jpeg or similar file, but not the wording. please provide html of work.
also, please know---you will not need to re-do the header or navigation, just the information between the header and the bottom of page. And on the page http://www.workoutsondemand.com/workouts.htm all you need to do is create about 1/3 of a page, the bottom table will stay the same.
