Hello, i'm looking for developers for iOS and web applications to create an app on the iPad.
This app will be a tool to collect and manage data from surveys filled out on the iPad. After all, the app must be in German, but i will deliver you all translations, so you can do everything in English.
There are only two types of roles required: Admin and User. On first launch of the app the admin will set up his account by entering a valid email address + password and protect following administrative parts: Survey-Builder, Configuration, Reports, Manual, Contact.
Users will only be able to take on surveys and write short memos/notes during that time.
A drag&drop Survey-Builder will allow admin to set up his own surveys. He will create new or edit created pages of surveys. Templates will be applicable, e,g. headline + centered image + question + 4 selectable answers. Customizable themes and replacable images will allow branding for business uses. I will deliver you simple layouts for the app, which you turn into iPad-Magic (make it drag&dropable and clickable and build a working logic). Admin also will be able to reorganize the order of pages (questions) on surveys. He can choose from predefined surveys from an online library (which i will manage) to edit them. As well as integrating multimedia like audio and video will be possible.
In configuration admin can manage his account, data and preferences.
In the results admin will be able to see statistics in form of simple charts. He will be able to export results as PDF and excel file and send them scheduled or immediate via email to himself. App will also have simple sorting and filtering functions. A dashboard will give him a quick view of important statistics.
A PDF-manual inside the app will describe all functions of the program. You can keep it very short, because i will translate it into German.
Offline storage and sync to the backend in stackmob (a RESTful fully api driven cloud based database for mobile / web apps) is required. Same as online backup of survey results and configurations. The licence must be that one account can use up to 5 devices at same time. Glad if you provide some ideas to reduce http request, secure working and keep it rapid on iPad.
The app will be uploaded to app store on my own account. You will need to deal with Apple making any alterations as the project is not complete until the app store.
If you are stronger on programming than designing, i will delegate design part to others. Please let me know, if you do both or just programming.
Great if you have similar works on your portfolio to show me. If i like them, i'll send you an NDA to sign, then i will deliver you more details of requirements and funcionality, i figured out so far. As you can see, i kept the technical requirements on minimum, so tech stuff is up to you.
You must write technical specifications and deliver a short plan/gantt chart with milestones for our project. Daily progress reports make sure weekly targets are achieved.
