HTML5 mobile app using PHP4/5, HTML5, CSS3 & jQuery Mobile

HTML5 mobile application using PHP4/5, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery Mobile i want a web based platform that provides various options allowing my customers to build their custom mobile web application (with jQuery mobile) and call it up via a link under my main domain. (no native apps) The central element of this will be a Mobile App Builder. This will start with a login and a page manager where my customers can add and edit mobile pages with many design and content changing options and finally purchase the result with Paypal. therefor, i have prepared 19 web pages with lots of jQuery mobile form elements, but it needs programming to make them functionally work. You also have to add new elements but functionality is already clearly defined in comments. so i am looking for a freelance web developer or team who can build that web app. no web design and no after-support needed. i have also bought "AJAX mobile form" of [login to view URL] for subscription and contact form. you must have experience with web technologies and be able to show mobile websites that you've done, ideally using jQuery Mobile. please estimate duration and cost of your work.
