Requirements/Project Description: We need your creativity when it comes to employer branding. At Sportstech, we are an international team with a passion for inspiring people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Whether you're a product/software developer, technician, video professional, logistician, warehouse manager, accountant, designer, project manager, marketing expert, fitness trainer, or manager, we all contribute in our own unique way to achieve a common goal. Despite the diversity of our roles, what unites us is our shared motivation. To ensure that our passion and motivation are reflected in our work environment and serve as a positive reminder during stressful times when we need to take a deep breath, we need your creativity in: Developing several (15-20) image motifs that capture our values and aspirations through images and motivational quotes. For this, we will provide you with: Our values, principles, and work guidelines in text form.(attachment) (Additional Core Value: "Customer First" needs to be considered as well) Our corporate design eBooklet (attachment)+ style guide references (logo, fonts, etc. will be provided with project start) A selection of motivational quotes to be integrated into the developed motifs (will be provided at a later date. These texts will be written based on the same vlaues and principles) We have some positive examples from our office, and some image guidelines. However those samples are directed towards the target audience our customers. The employer branding project however is targeted towards the employees of the company. Your image motifs will be printed on canvas, fabric and then hung in various rooms/hallways. If you have suggestions for other media (such as wall decals or aluminum panels), please propose them in a mockup. You have creative freedom when it comes to the format of your ideas, whether portrait, square, or landscape (or free-form if you're consindering wall decals e.g.). Choose the most appropriate composition for each motif. We will need print-ready files as the final format. If you use stock materials for creating print-ready files, please inform us in advance so that we can acquire licenses for high-resolution graphics and provide them to you as part of the project. For idea development, previews are sufficient. Our preferred stock-library would be https://adobe.stock.com (or shutterstock as additional option) free-stock or ai-generated images would be sufficient as well. Just consider the necessary image resolution needs to be sufficient for large prints at the final stage. Please provide us with your expectations regarding the required time and estimated costs.
