PHP / Html script to send HTML Email with dynamic content

We need a script that will take data (6 variables) and put it into an HTML email as dynamic content.
Outline :
1) Take data from 6 variables produced from another script (I have the PHP script that produces the variables/data, which it pulls from MYSQL)
2) Insert the data dynamically into the email template (already designed)
3) Send the email
Notes :
The dynamic data is made up of 6 elements :
2 Pieces of Text
2 Images (link to image)
2 Hyperlinks for Images when clicked on
The dynamic element is at the bottom of the email, if that makes a difference.
