Blog software implementation for a new Blogportal (Wordpress)

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a freelance web developer or a trusted company in India, for a long term community blogportal project. I intend to start a community platform in Austria (Europe) that will host third-party blogs on different subjects from fashion to design and people. I need someone for the following tasks: - Implementation and customization of a blogware on a server (WordPress or Movable Type) - Program the mysql user database connected to the blog. - Implement the graphic interface (Themes and plugins) - Implementation of affiliate programs/advertising and advertising space into the blogs (Placeholders for digital media companies).
