218823 Modify User Ratings Script

I need a programmer to modify a small script that displays "stars" as an indication of user ratings.

The existing script works fine but requires to be more accurate in displaying its results.

i.e. If the average review is 9 / 10 then the script will display 5 "solid" star - it should display 4 and a "1/2" star etc.

A testing server is available and ready to go for the selected programmer.

There is also the need to port this to ASP/ACCESS at some later point but this is NOT PART OF THIS PROJECT- aside from the fact it would be nice to use a programmer capable of doing both jobs. - Please indicate if you would be able to do this job also as a seperate project
