Please see attached presentation for details of this project. Important notes:
1. Project must be carried out using TemplatePower (split html and PHP into seperate files). Do not suggest any other kind of template system, because this is what I want.
2. I must be able to see examples of AJAX work
3. This must be finished as per the specs within 36 hours from project acceptance.
4. NO DESIGN WORK IS REQUIRED. You not even have to make it look like in the presentation. Just make clean, working code.
5. The app should all be on one page, with the final total dynamically changing as input is entered into the steps of the form.
6. The "print results" page is simply a page that summarizes how the result was attained according to the form input.
I am happy to put the entire project fee into escrow before we begin.
