New look and feel for underwear website

Need to revamp all pages of current website www.knickernation.com. Sampled pages attached for reference.

Rough layouts in Adobe Illustrator CS3 will be provided for developer to copy.

Fix also required to database. At the moment all orders are stored in the order table, however there is an error that if a product is deleted from the products table, the product data in the orders table also disappears, so all historical information is lost.
