We are pleased to announce a job vacancy for a remote team leader in India who is technically proficient with an astute business sense and impeccable communication skills. You will be primarily a .NET and Java developer based in a support role helping customers with challenging technical questions and requirements. You will also be tasked with looking after existing partners, resellers, and customers to help maintain and grow business from the region.

If you are talented and pass through our selection process which includes a test assignment and then a short trial period, you will be offered the job on a full time basis.

Qualifications

You will

• Be familiar with NET / Java / ASP.NET / Cloud and a wide range of other modern programming languages, technologies and frameworks.

• Speak English fluently and can be easily understood both in oral and written communication

• Demonstrate fast typing speed to respond to customers and share ideas with other remote teams quickly and efficiently.

• Have the ability to work independently in a distributed environment to be self-sufficient and able to juggle a main task and several side tasks effectively. Having worked remotely in the past is a bonus.

• Be passionate, self-motivated, dynamic and willing to quickly learn any current or upcoming new frameworks/platforms/technologies.

• Command excellent written English skills with use of correct spelling, punctuation and grammar as well as display proficiency in technical writing. You will have the ability to properly document development work following common software development principles and practices.

• Have excellent problem solving skills – in other words be a solution provider of any technical problem.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to listen and understand what is being described with attention to detail.

• Be experienced with and have access to Windows, Linux, Mac OS and the entire Microsoft Office Suite

• Have a Bachelors, College degree in a technical discipline, high school diploma or equivalent
