Use Case:
Carla A360 is a cross platform Salesforce Org where we store HCP and HCO information. This Org is providing mapping and key information of this relationship in the healthcare environment. Some of this information is coming from CRM and other Data Sources. Analytics and Commercial Excellence team is building a report and strategic cockpit informing about HCOs universe. This HCO report needs mapping information coming from this Salesforce Org to be able to cross invoicing and sales revenue data in the Datalake. Datalake is built based on an architecture in Azure serving as data provider of the reportingi. In parallel, our Content Management and Brand Managers teams are considering working with CRM Products and Content Groups in Promomats in the digital materials like AE and CLMs. This information is key from Commercial and Compliance point of view and must be integrated with Veeva CRM. This has to be tested in Sandbox before we move it to [login to view URL] Business considers this information of the CLMs and AEs used and shown by the MSL and Sales Reps in the field very important. They want to capture this in the PowerBI report that is being built.
Exercises:
i Please, provide a technical proposal solution to solve this gap between systems.
ii How can we setup this functionality? How can we ensure this information is integrated in the CRM and how we shown this in the CRM?
iii Provide two ways to integrate this data in-between the different systems. You can present that information verbally on the Business Case session, or prepare a presentation to help you explain your proposed solutions.
