Type of project- Customer service and outbound phone calls.

Turn around Time- Center will get a 3 years Services contact with company

Technology used- Center should be able to recruit agents fluent in the following:

a.) Hindi

b.) English

Rent/ lease agreement

Payment Frequency- Every 30 days
