3D Simple Wave Animations

We wanted an animator who can do the effect of diffraction. We need 4 different animations, for further reference i am attaching some referenced videos and YouTube links.
The three video mentioned below are having different effects of diffraction and we want to see the same effect in 3D Plane or grid, we don't want any material or texture besides the animation. (The videos are mainly for the reference of understanding, i have attached a video to make you understand what we are looking from the visual perspective)

Description for Video : Video contains the visualization part from 3D perspective, but we don't want the same. the video only meant for what we mean by 3D visualization. The video have two effects one is on left and one is on right. on left side we want the sin wave to move slowly towards the center and once the wave reach to the center we want right side wave to emit at that time only. on right side there are 3 different effects of wave which you can see in referenced video and we want 3 animations in total, all animations, one is sin wave part which reaches to center and another one is 3 different waves according to the video.
The recommended tool from our end is Blender.
