I was trained in Beijing Foreign Languages Institute betw 86-90 and worked as a professional translator for 15 years. In 1999, I also attended Melbourne Univrsity, where I had a master degree in business. With these qualifications, and my ensuing job experience, I'm confident that I am a most fit when it comes to business meetings, and commercial discussions. English has been a part of my job life ever since college.
Most my of translation job was with Celite Corporation, a California based company with its Head Quarter as World Minerals. It was later acquired by a French company. Celite is a mining, engineering, production as well as a sales company. It mines diatomite around the world. I used to visit its mines with engineers in North China. I sat through engineering discussions/commercial negotiations with its reps from the US, Mexico, Iceland etc.
