I am Edin Rexhepi from Kosovo, and I finished the Masters at the University of Sheffield in General Management. I wrote project proposals for a project held in India. Moreover, I used to work as Monitoring Expert in a project held by GIZ for a retail sector in Kosovo. Furthermore, I am working on different kind of projects held by Indeson and also cooperating with Dr. Rainer Gerke. Furthermore, I used to work and help Dr.Rainer Gerke in a project for networking between VET schools and companies. I worked as a personal assistant of Hubertus Rick in which I had gained and improved different kind of skills for retail. I took part in different training that was held by Mr. Hubertus Rick. I also did research on the market and analysis of the data. Moreover, I also assisted Mr. Rick to prepare for training and to apply them. Furthermore, we prepared a training course that was applied by retail shops to increase productivity and lower the costs and to make the employees multifunctional
