In the two years since his graduation from Brandeis University in 2006, Nathan Ehrlich has been hard at work trying to make a name for himself as a filmmaker and writer. As soon as he had enough money in his pockets from his first out of school job as a film projectionist for the New England Aquarium’s IMAX Theater, Ehrlich wrote, produced and directed his first major short film entitled “Entropy.” As the big budget film boom started to hit Boston he stopped projecting and started slaving for the Hollywood man. Two films, six months, and a few paychecks later, Nathan took his sleep deprived overworked self and hopped a plane bound for Asia. Armed with bug spray, sun block, and pharmaceuticals (for medical issues not addictive tendencies) he would spend the next handful of months in six different countries taking in the sights and recording his experiences in his travel blog. Upon his grand return Ehrlich opted to leave Boston for Brooklyn where he has worked for General Entertainment as the assistant to DIrector Philip Farha on an upcoming feature length spy thriller.
