I did not feel good chemistry with Rina. She appears technically competent. She put in good effort, even extra effort. She is professional and courteous. Maybe there was some breakdown in the file system at the Freelancer site. I wrote specific instructions in the Word doc that I posted into the Freelancer site, yet several times the edits I was asking for were not getting included in the drafts she was sending. Maybe she was not getting the files. This caused her and I to spend more time to complete this job than either of us wanted. Had my clear instructions been follow in the begining the job would have taken less time and effort. In the end, after I completed the job with her, I determined that the final product was not acceptable - In the rush at the end, a typo and mis-alignment of some text was not good enough. I then immediately hired another Adobe creative person and did the postcard all over again. So I paid twice to get my job done. I wish Rina the best.
