I have 9 yrs of combined working experience as a Structural Designer, Structural Detailer and Cad/Office Engr. I am now a stay-at-home mom, seeking for a part time/long term commitment. I can provide data entry, email handling, web research, Airbnb management and any administrative tasks. I've worked as a Cad/Office Engr. in a land developer/real estate company. I was tasked to do technical and administrative duties. I sourced out possible contractors for Civil works by searching the net, calling and sending emails to invite them to bid for a certain work. I coordinated with existing sub-contractors for project updates and handled emails for organized exchange of pertinent documents. I provided Budgetary Estimates of land development to be used in applying for government permits. collated their bids in Excel for comparison. were also assigned to various projects and attended several technical and ethics trainings for continuous learning and growth.

I have working knowledge in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
