• Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures. • Prepare monthly account reconciliations. • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on Variances. • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. • Other projects as assigned. •Responsible for all transaction of treasury bills. •Recording fixed & Intangible assets monthly & calculate depreciation •Recording and following up on monthly Expenses and invoices and payments. •Recording and following up on prepaid & accrued expenses & all advances and staff (I Studied Certified management accounting -CMA)
