No Not at all, Project since years, before starts he is confidence to understand all aspect, but after start it's hard to find the people to get communication. and the job not even move. He said he working two month to get all the APIs done, but actually it's not been done, I also have own staff working in Company he can get API sort in half day. From experience of this developer, he looks understand all the aspect of the work but actually not. looks not good at to development for this kind of project. Totally waste times From Money wise, this is not worth to pay for any of the money, as this can be done in our company basic staff in 1-3 days to do the job he did. About re-hire wise, personally I will never deal with this guy for this kind off project, maybe he can doing something like Hello world in good, but no experience lazy to research customer's needs and not corporate with customer and didnt response communication in what it should be way. Therefore this is low skill been rating. This Review based on cost of 400USD and nothing, actually project price will be 6000USD. But based whole experience this not ring and never get what it should be done. In Freelancer need to find the reliable people are difficult, therefore I give this genuine review to general public for avoid future problem.
