I am a Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping professional, specialized in cartography and developing scripts and web apps for mapping, visualizing and analyzing geospatial data. I'm dedicated to my work and give my best to deliver well-designed maps and efficient and clean code in the agreed time frame. Alongside my practical knowledge, I finished my formal education at the University of Zadar obtaining a Master's Degree in Geography and GIS Science. I pride myself on my ability to solve problems, the attention I give to details, and smooth communication which is vital to any project's success. I usually work with free and open source solutions, but also with commercial ones. Tools and Languages: • React, MongoDB, Node.js, Express (MERN), Redux, Git, Styled Components • Mapping libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps API, OpenLayers) • QGIS, ArcPro, Illustrator, Office, Photoshop My proficiency includes; • developing Web Maps and WebGIS apps (Mapbox, React) • Navigation/Live Tracking maps • designing thematic and topographic maps, • geocoding and searching geo data, • working with geospatial data formats (geojson, KML, topojson, shapefile, GeoTIFF..) • creating 2D/3D map animation, • OSM and Census data. I believe that quality is the key to a job well done. I always try to work as quickly as possible and efficiently. With that said, I can state I give my best to make my clients happy.
