I speak English, French and Spanish and I have 10 years of experience in assisting customers in the U.S.A, Canada and Latin America.
I have gained my experience by working for companies like Dish, Sony Mobile , Redbox , Sirius Xm and AT&T, providing chat, e-mail, and phone support and as a result of my excelent customer skills I was later promoted to the position of Team Lead. Where I was supervising a team of 20 agents working along, providing feedback and making sure that we were providing the apporpriate services in required languages witch were English, French and Spanish.
