Hatice performed very well. Very good time management, work flow scheduling planning. Very good work, and quality control. Very good communication, following directions, providing feedback. . Most important, Hatice exhibited very high personal integrity in assuming ownership and responsibility for completing the project on time and as described in the Task Specification, I reached out to Hatice because of previous experience on a simple task where she exhibited all the afore-mentioned qualities, and so I was confident she could perform satisfactorily on this challenging task, with the requisite direction. I reviewed more than 40 applicants for this task, and was very dis-appointment by the tactics applied by many of the applicants, which included misleading representations about their experience and competency, failed undertakings to perform according to their commitments, attempts to change the Task specification to meet their own convenience, and negotiating milestones for work they had no intention of completing..
