Consumer
Architect / Developer for the Consumer portal, a fully object oriented portal solution that is geared toward offering new online services to the automotive dealers consumers. The framework for this solution allows the services to be developed and “hot deployedâ€, with no down time, at later date via a factory design pattern, XML configuration files and, .Net reflection.
Service Scheduling ([login to view URL], C#, ASP.Net, XML, Oracle, PL/SQL, Remoting, MSMQ, and Web Services)
Architect / Developer for the initial service offered in the Consumer Portal solution. The goal of this project was to provide an online service scheduling application to our clients that would allow their customers to request a service appointment online in real time. To meet the needs of this project, this solution had to make real time requests of dealership’s ERA3 dealer management systems for available appointment times, to schedule appointments, and to query appointment statuses via a secure web service. Appoint requests made via the front end, where enqueued in MSMQ and routed to the ERA3 systems web service as well as persisted to our local Oracle database for record keeping all in the same distributed transaction. A local web service allowed the ERA3 system to submit unsolicited responses that where enqueued and routed to Oracle database to update archived appoint requests. The entire system was based on decoupled and pluggable data repositories implemented with various enterprise design patterns.

*Projects*
National Bridal Service (C#, Asp.Net, SQL Server, T-SQL)
Architect/Developer for this complete revision of the former scripted [login to view URL] site. The revised site was implemented entirely in ASP.Net and C# utilizing the object oriented capabilities of the .Net framework to develop a suite of reusable business and data access objects. The use of xml configuration files decoupled the front end from the pluggable backend data repository as well as allowing pluggable logging components for application diagnostics. The back end was imported from the original Access database to SQL Server 2000 to accommodate the demands of higher traffic and the SQL code in the original ASP scripts were converted to T-SQL stored procedures for optimization and decoupling the front end from the database. The administration section of the site was secured via customized ASP.Net forms authentication with encrypted user credentials stored in the SQL Server database.
<u>Titan Systems ACS Services Division</u> (3/00 – 10/01) Solutions Developer/Analyst
Developed various database driven web and intranet active server page applications for commercial, D.O.D., and other government agencies. All applications utilized backend databases such as Access, SQL Server, and Oracle for data warehousing as well as database security
Developed custom SQL Server DTS packages to automate data validation and import and integrity
Involved in all phases of the system life-cycle i.e. design, implementation, testing/debuggin
