Build me Video Downloader App for Android

I caught him sending me the copied project. I was told that he would complete the project within 10 days but he was asking more and more time and wasted my 5 months and even after 5 months, he sent me an app from GitHub. How shameful is this. Highly dissatisfied. Total waste with this freelancer. If someone says that he is confident about the project and will deliver in 10days but fails to deliver in 150days. Disgusting. After wasting 5months he returned my money. This is the work of him.
