I was working in the bank for more than 10 yrs. my main task is to make accounting report for cash disbursements, data encoding of checks, petty cash fund in-charge, inventory and liquidation.
After working in the bank, I decided to take a Career Service Professional exam to enter in the government, passed the exam and now working as Administrative Officer II in the Department of Education. I am presently in-charge of the project procurement plan of the agency, liquidation of expenses, planning and budgeting. As part of my job description, I am also in-charge in the admin office work and in-charge of HR functions. I systematically record and file pertinent documents of personnel, do inventory of supplies, and data encoding of personal details of all staffs in the agency.
I am also a product influencer for more than 5 yrs and also an online tutor for almost a year now. I would love to try working as a bookkeeper/data encoder, or as a VA admin assistant. I believe I am the best fit for this position.
