I am a certified BIM architect and interior designer with over 8 years of experience ranging from USA to Lebanon. I am an exceptionally accomplished and efficient architect, having designed and executed several projects from residential, private houses, to public projects. Throughout my experience I have coordinated and managed several projects fully such as the award winning Backyard Hazmieh in Beirut. I have also gained the experience of creating renders and animation combined with Lumion to provide the client with a realistic and natural feel and visualization of the project. Facade Project - Hilti

Very Flexible to work with and goes beyond to get the project on deadline. Few discussions on the payment to be in budget were discussed, but in the end very happy with the end product and changes requested.

He needs release-milestone and dispute before complete project, i did not seen like this freelancer. He did not project 100%, and when i need some work finally, he suggest dispute.

Create building facade + 3D design from floor plans

Mahmoud is very open to feedback and eventually delivered satisfactory work. We miscommunicated several times but were able complete the project on time. I would advise anyone working with him to take the time to spell out the feedback and make sure you both understand each other before going off which is a fair way to work.
