Interact with the Training Department and design refresher training for the agents who are below the benchmark set by the operations. Taking Escalations if the eCC encounters a particularly difficult customer. BPL (Transformer Division- Bangalore ): Manufactures transformers and other electrical January 2001- October 2001 goods for their products. As an Engineer Trainee . Duration : 8 Months Responsibility: Carried out the entire process of making SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) like designing, constructing, soldering and testing and achieving the given output. It was designed using Orcad under the guidance of the senior engineer. This project basically involves an AC-DC power supply, which gives a constant required output. The AC input range is 160-230V and the resulting constant DC output is 12V. At the heart of this power supply lies the Top Switch 225.The top switch is used in the feedback circuit which is the primary feedback. The secondary feedback is provided by the Opto-iso with the Zener diode. The top switch uses a MOSFET. There is a bridge rectifier and a power transformer, which will step up and step down the voltage accordingly. The power supply has a 'soft start', synchronization and automatic cut-off.
