My primary role as a Quantity Surveyor includes calculating the budget based on the consumer’s requirement and preparing an effective budget estimate for each stage of the construction process. I can calculate the quantities of the material used in any type of construction project. Also, I calculate the accurate work or labor cost. I am responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. I will be prepare tender and contract documents, carrying out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and writing reports, finding out the client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies, allocating work to sub-contractors and verify payments as per work done.
