Nimprod committed to getting this project done in 0 days. His first submission came days later. Not only had he reduced the resolution of the video, he had changed the format and size. Why? Who knows. He was tasked to break the video into two and add a URL at the end of each segment. When we asked him to sort the problem out, he submitted another version - still with reduced clarity and still a different size to the original! I sent him screen shots to prove my point. After expressing my displeasure at what was going on...he wrote to us (5 DAYS AFTER the project start): "Yes Peter, Your right, this taking more time than it should and I’m not wasting my time on this anymore. You can keep the videos and the money. Have a nice day" Now what kind of attitude is this? He wastes my time for one week and then leaves me with a substandard project. The only good point - he promptly returned our escrow, thus admitting liability for substandard work. Buyers beware.
