I translate documents into both English and French languages. As Office Assistant, I oversee clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mails, maintain files, answers phone calls, keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials needed, taken and deliver messages, schedule meetings and sending meetings invites to attendees, ensure the office runs smoothly and also Assist in all administrative work. As an Accountant - I keep and interpret financial records, monitor spending and budgets, prepare accounts and tax returns, compile and present financial and budgets reports, audit and analyse financial performance, analyse financial forecasting and risks, ensure financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations and also keep account books and systems up to date. I have three (3) years work experience as a Receptionist, an Office Assistant and Accountant.
