RICHARD EVANS being an accomplished CFO and Controller in the hotel industry for over 20 years (and in pubic accounting for 5 years) has worked hard in becoming well versed in a number of industries. I’m a published writer, blogger and video blogger in hospitality, accounting and tourism. Condo Hotel Professionals LLC

I was a consultant for condo-hotels, traditional-hotels and vacation rentals. I modified the Uniform System of Accounts (traditional hotel financial format) to embrace condominium hotels and there metrics. I was an expert witness for the Hardrock Hotel, San Diego, CA in a case that assessed the fairness of financial distributions to unit owners of this condo hotel.

I was hired by the Board of Directors to negotiate a hotel management agreement with the hotel management company and oversee all financial aspects of the hotel.
