I used to work as a call center agent for more than 3 years. I was able to handle different accounts such as healthcare, inbound sales, outbound collections, and also had been part of a retention/cancellations team. As a customer care representative in a healthcare account, we pretty much handle everything---from billing inquiries, coverage, medications, and also processing of requested documents and materials. And all my other experience as a salesperson would be with SiriusXM Satellite Radio. I had been part of the Inbound Sales Team, the Outbound Collections Team, and then I got promoted to be part of the Retentions/Cancelations Team.
