I want a banner for my software splash screen. It should be something around 500x174 pixels size designed in Adobe Photoshop - PSD format. The theme of the banner is for a roulette certification program. The banner should contain a roulette wheel on the left hand side and perhaps a ‘stamp’ superimposed. The high quality stamp would say ‘Approved’ or ‘Certified’. This will take approximately 40% of the total picture, leaving space on the right hand side for adding some text e.g. software title and copyright.
