First part of the project is concerned with setting up DDE connection between borkage application called NOL3 and mysql database for collecting market data (more information on the NOL3 can be found here ( unfortunately, description is only in Polish, will be happy to provide English translation on request. I require a Interface to read, display and trigger alerts from a DDE link for Excel via a data receiving application. The data cells update by the Deci-Millisecond. The alerts are based off data movements from a certain time period. For example if I set the start time to 1:00PM and end time 3PM, if a particular cell increases or decrease a certain percentage an alert will be generated to the GUI (with sound),e-mail and listed in a view-able log. ERROR FREE Application. Will run without interruption. It is an requirement, not expectation that the application will not crash, freeze or require restart at anytime.
