Open Charge Point Protocol implementation (OCCP) in asp.net MVC

We need someone to implement Open Charge Point Protocol in a simple asp.net MVC 4 or later off the CentralSystem.war.

We don’t need the chargepoint Websevices to be implemented because it’s running in the Ev charger box. We want to create an Ev charger management System in ASP.net mvc. So your task is to convert the OPPC Centralsytem into as asp.net mvc web application with the Webservices implemented in c#. We are not looking a finish product.

We just need someone to convert the Central System Java (groovy) application in c# application.

Your Task

1. Create a simple application in asp.net mvc 4 or later with basic authentication (USE MVC RAZOR Engine with WEB API if possible)

2. Convert OCCP CentralSystem Webservice that is in Java Groovy to .net Webservice

a. Note* The wsdl can be convert automatically to c# with command line or with a plugin. IF you don’t know how, Please let me know.

3. Convert all Groovy Scripts classes to C# classes

4. Implement all the OCCP Central system Commands. (We have to be able to start a charge and stop a charge from the Web application)

a. You have to create an asp.net mvc page to test all the functions of the central system communicating with a charge point.

b. You have to create a simple Database to save the configuration information (Chargebox information and central system settings, RF cards)

c. You have to run the Chargepoint Webservice in your computer as an emulator and test all the Central system commands.

d. ALL OPPC 1.5 Standards most be implemented correctly (100%) and should be compliant with any OCCP compatible ev charger

e. We should be able to start a charge with a RF magnetic card. So a table to have a list of valid RF card should be created. At the end we should be able to authenticate a RF card.

5. Once the application is done, we will set it on a live server and test it with a real EV charger. We will use a RD card to initiate a request to the .net Centralsytem, authenticate the RF Card and start the charging if everything is OK.

The .net Webservice part can be in WCF Web service ([url removed, login to view]) or classic Webservice ([url removed, login to view])
