I’m Maria Alexandria Anamae Samong, 26 years old. I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management for 2 years. I started off my career the year 2016 as a Customer Care specialist at wherein we assist the customers according to their needs or queries with their billing. Then, I was moved to another department which I worked as a Collections specialist. As a colletions specialist, I’m responsible for reaching out to the customers and reminding them of their outstanding account as well as offering them of ways on how they can manage their arrears. Then, I moved to another company and worked as a Retention Specialist where I’m responsible for retaining customers, sharing them my knowledge about the membership and how they can take advantage from it. So, To highlight my career with my current company, I have been the top performer for the past 3 consecutive quarters and that is because I am passionate about my job and helping people.
