First i want to do the handover process from macro-cell to femtocell network. when the handover process is done we need to sense the unused frequencies(tv white space) in cognitive femtocell and generate a table. in the table we consider 3-cells and each cell has 8 frequencies. then randomly we generate 0 and 1 in the frequency row, where 0 mean unused frequencies. then we have to check the detection probability of each unused frequencies so that we can check which frequency is available for the long will do this for each cell. which frequency is available for the long time we will select that frequency. for any reason like interference if that frequency is become busy then it will move to the next long time available frequency atomatically.

This project will have to be completed by a person in the United States, because the Verizon Network Extender will only work in the US. I need a wireshark packet capture from a Verizon Network Extender for the following 3 cases (i.e. three separate packet capture files): (1) making a single call from a handset, (2) making 2 simultaneous calls, and (3) using VoIP from a handset that connects with the Network Extender, such as receiving an incoming VoIP call.
