We have already setup the site and installed a theme here: 2. We are using the Avada theme and page builder. We've installed demo content. This content should all be replaced. 3. This is a single page website, but has quite a bit of content on it. 4. Style this page to match the attached design. 5. Menu: the design does not have a menu, but we want the current menu to stay in place and be sticky. Replace the menu items to link to each section of the site. 6. We want some scrolling animations through out the page. These are built into Avada, just apply paralax or scrolling animations where it looks cool
