Android Chat application with fluid voice recognition on a local network (no internet)

-use the inbuilt Google voice recognition system and inbuilt chat tools where possible -one Android device acts as a chat room server for the other devices on a local area network (no internet, no external server) -each client device logs into the "server" device to set up a chat room -speech detection is on going (existing chat programs require you to press "return" to have the text sent.) In this case, the speech recognition converts the speech to text and just transmits it on the fly (it doesn't matter that it may buffer for a while, but just keep sending at it as it arrives in the buffer) -on the chat screen, you can see the name of who the text is coming from and maybe colour code each user and text. -present text in chronological order as it arrives, however make some effort to group together text from the same user (we might have to set a rule that if the text from a user arrives within 1sec of the last piece of text it's grouped together otherwise it's on a new line or potentially, the sending device will indicate whether the next piece of text it's sending belongs to the previous piece because it's part of the one uninterrupted speech pattern)
